BASD's William Penn Elementary closed due to wall collapse

BETHLEHEM, Pa. — A Bethlehem elementary school is closed Monday after a wall collapse.

A wall fell off of an outside staircase at William Penn Elementary School.

The Bethlehem Area School District said its structural engineer will be evaluating the safety of the school building in the 1000 block of Main Street.
