The Lehigh Valley Puerto Rican Day Parade and Festival will take place this Sunday, July 23rd in Allentown.
The festivities will begin at 11:00 am and will commence with the Flag Raising Ceremony at Allentown City Hall located at 435 Hamilton St.
The parade will start at 12 pm and begin at 5th and Hamilton Street, heading East on Hamilton towards River Front Dr. Then it will proceed to Front St. and Tilghman, making a right turn onto Tilghman Street Bridge and ending after the bridge.
At 1 pm, the festival will take place at Executive Education Academy Charter School located at 555 Union Blvd.
The Puertorrican Culture Preservation Inc is organizing the flag-raising, parade, and festival.
