The second painted hydrant of the 2023 Paint-A-Hydrant Program is a "Birds of PA" themed hydrant and can be found on the corner of Wood & S. 6th Street. . This themed hydrant features a raven, blackbird, barn owl, bluejay, yellow warbler, house finch, robin, oriole, and a cardinal.
