The Parkland School District is trying to solve the issues of overcrowding by considering building a new middle school.
Building a new school primarily just for eighth and ninth graders to help with the overcrowding is another solution the school district is considering.
These ideas for new options were discussed over at a South Whitehall Township town hall meeting that lasted for more than two hours,
The next scheduled town hall meeting will be held in Thursday, May 11, at 6:30 p.m. at Springhouse Middle School.
