The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission has certified a new state record Flathead Catfish.
Angler Michael Wherley of Fayetteville, Franklin County, caught the 66-pound, 6-ounce catfish while fishing the Susquehanna River section known as Lake Aldred near Conestoga, Lancaster County.
