MEDIA RELEASE - SHOTS FIRED JUNE 1, 2023- 1100 BLOCK LEHIGH STREET

On Thursday 6/1/2023 at approximately 4:51 p.m. Easton Police were dispatched to the area of the 1100blk of Lehigh Street for a report of shots fired.
Upon officers’ arrival to the area evidence was located showing that shot(s) were fired.
At this time no victims or property damage were found.
Officers believe two males were arguing in the area prior to the shots being fired.
The suspected shooter fled east on Lehigh St. and was described as a 6’0, light skinned black male with dreadlocks/braids and wearing a red and black hooded sweatshirt and possibly in his late teens. Investigators are asking residents in the area to check any surveillance cameras they have and contact EPD with any information at 610-250-6645 or EPD tipline at 610-250-6635.
