Three teens throw rocks at vehicle in Douglass Township

Douglass Township Police were dispatched to Thompson Drive in Boyertown Pennsylvania for the report of 3 teenagers throwing rocks at a vehicle. on Friday, August 4th, 2023.


The person that reported the incident stated that when she heard the rocks hit the car, she turned around and saw teenagers ditch their bikes and flee into the woods.


The three bicycles were taken back to the department and entered as property.


Upon further investigation, it was found that one of the bicycles involved had previously been stolen from another residence within the township. That bicycle has since been returned to the owner.


The Douglass Township Police have the two other bikes. They are a red and black Next BMX wipeout and a black and purple Mongoose 21-speed mountain bike
