Country music star Jason Aldean had to reschedule his concert in Hartford, Connecticut, over the weekend. After suffering heat exhaustion on stage Saturday night, he had to cut his show short.
Aldean, was performing at the Xfinity Theatre in Hartford when he suddenly ran off stage during his set. Just prior to him leaving the stage, he appeared to struggle to sing, according to videos that fans shared on social media. He had just launched his Highway Desperado tour a day earlier on Friday. He never returned to the stage.
Weather in Hartford had reached a high of 89 degrees on Saturday with a feel like temperature in the mid-90s amid high humidity, according to a report by NBC Connecticut.

Aldean posted a video message on his social media Sunday apologizing to fans for cutting the show short, and blamed it on "a combination of dehydration and heat exhaustion.”
An announcement was made today from Xfinity that In keeping with his long-standing dedication to his fans, Jason Aldean is returning to Hartford’s Xfinity Theatre on Sunday, July 30th for a bonus show for all ticket holders from this past Saturday night’s shortened performance.
